Atlassian is a top-tier employer with a structured, mentored intern program in SF, and the role is paid, so on location and quality it is strong. The problem is timing: a Summer 2027 intern cohort almost certainly expects students who continue their studies, and Calder graduates in May 2027, so she probably does not qualify. The day-to-day is product design (visual and interaction craft) rather than UX research, and she has UX/UI coursework plus Photoshop/Illustrator but no product design portfolio or internship, which is a real gap. If she applies, she should confirm eligibility for recent graduates first; otherwise treat this as a stretch.
