Why

This is a paid, entry-level after-school site coordinator role at an elementary school in San Diego. It is only loosely connected to her psychology direction and sits outside her priority lanes. Her Kiddleton work with families and children, her event coordination and her project coordination are relevant. The pay is decent, but the role looks full-time, likely school-hours-based, and needs an immediate start in San Diego while she is finishing her degree in San Francisco. Unless the employer would hold the role until after May 2027, the timing does not fit, and the role does not advance her mental health, UX or victim services goals.

Watch out for

• Posting is truncated, so duties and hours are unclear
• Salary of about $45.8-47.8K suggests a full-time role, likely to start soon, which conflicts with her senior year in San Francisco
• Located in San Diego, but she is enrolled at USF in San Francisco
• Elementary after-school youth program coordination, not mental health, research or victim services
• No formal childcare or education credential is listed, and it is unclear whether one is required

Resume angles

• Kiddleton customer-facing service with families and children
• Event Coordinator logistics and community outreach for Encinitas Friends of the Arts
