Why

This is a paid, entry-level full-time site coordinator job running an elementary after-school program in San Diego (about $54-56k). It is only tangentially related to her lanes: community services with children, but not mental health, research, or victim services. Her Kiddleton work with families and children, event coordination, and project scheduling are relevant, but she has no formal youth-program supervision experience. As a full-time role that probably needs to start now, it conflicts with her senior year in SF and does not fit the timing. Low priority unless the employer would hold the start until after May 2027.

Watch out for

• Full-time site coordinator role likely needing immediate start, before May 2027 graduation
• Description truncated; hours and requirements not fully visible
• After-school youth program management, not psychology, research, or victim services
• Likely requires prior childcare or youth program experience plus background checks and certifications
• San Diego is second-priority location and she lives in SF

Resume angles

• Kiddleton operations: customer-facing work with families and children plus daily Excel tracking across three locations
• Encinitas Friends of the Arts event coordination: logistics and community outreach
• Susan Street Fine Art: coordinating concurrent projects and keeping documentation accurate
