Why

This is a full-time early-career Product Designer role at Figma, a top-tier employer, paid at $140k, with hybrid work in SF, so timing, pay, and location all fit with post-graduation start. However, the day-to-day work is product design, owning features from ideation through shipping with engineering, and it does not sit in her mental health, UX research, or public-service lanes. Her UX/UI coursework, Photoshop and Illustrator skills, and art background give some visual design foundation, but she has no shipped projects, no coding, and no internship, so she would be a long shot unless she has a strong design portfolio. It could be a stretch application if she wants to pursue design, but it is not a priority fit.
